I try not to make bold statements like this but... that might've been the best burger I've ever had in my life. I went around 3pm on a Friday and got their House Special burger and it was incredible. But not only was the burger delicious, but the fries were too. I had my ketchup ready but it was absolutely not needed as the fries easily stood on their own. I live dangerously close to this place and I have a feeling about I'm about to be fat and broke after a few months! Also the guy taking orders at the front was a cool, chill dude. Update: 9/6/26 - Had the Banh Mi. It was insane. The 5/5 stars stands strong.

Believe the other negative reviews. Went at 11 right when they opened. Waited over 30 minutes for food because of how many pick up orders they were making. Looked like the Togo orders take priority because the food for the people dining in just sits there. Mine sat long enough to barely be warm. From sitting, the onion rings were not crispy, but were also heavily breaded, greasy, and bland. The patty melt was also soggy from sitting. Also tried the sweet heat burger. It was very small for the price and lacked flavor. Nothing really had any flavor. It was all bland aside from the massive amount of salt on everything. There are way better places to eat in Lancaster with better burgers. Gracie’s on Main offers better food, at a better price, and with better service.

I decided to try the brisket sandwich, and it was excellent. That said, the patty melt really stole the show and is definitely at the top of my list for my next visit. The menu offers plenty of appealing options, and there were several items I’m looking forward to trying in the future. The restaurant itself is bright, clean, and very welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy a meal. I also appreciated the variety of seating choices, including upstairs seating and an outdoor patio area. Overall, it was a great experience, and I’ll definitely be back to explore more of the menu.

I stopped at Cabalar with my daughter and her husband for a late dinner on Friday night around 7 p.m. The sandwich shop was pretty busy, with about a 45-minute wait for food. I ordered their bacon cheeseburger with fries, and I have to say it was really good. I was impressed by the size of the burger. It was not an oversized burger, but it was still a very satisfying portion, especially for the reasonable price. Cabalar also offers plenty of indoor seating, along with an outdoor patio and a play area for kids. I’ll definitely be returning soon to try some of their other menu items.

Meet a friend here for lunch after stopping in at Hush Money Bikes. We opened the place up so it wasn’t busy yet. I chose the Mushroom Banh Mi with a salad and added fries. Sandwich was very good and I’d recommend it anyone! Fries are also very awesome and could be a decent snack by themselves. I chased everything with their house beer which I thought was a great choice for the meal. Atmosphere is wide open sit where you can sort of place. There is no table service so be prepared for that. You order your food and drink from a different location, get a pager to pick your food up. Bring your kids there’s some entertainment for them. Also outside setting of the weather allows. Pricing is or par for Lancaster as is parking.
